Terms of sale
The following general conditions regulate the sale and purchase of various types of household appliances on the E-commerce site called www.adriaticaelettrodomestici.it, of GIPO snc, with headquarters in Viale Europa, 64023 Mosciano Sant’Angelo (TE), telephone number 085 807 1577.
Each product offered for sale in the virtual catalogue is illustrated by a detailed sheet describing its technical characteristics and is represented with photographic images which are not binding, but purely indicative.
The price of each household appliance is always inclusive of the value of VAT and each product is guaranteed to be ready for delivery and in full correspondence with the order placed by the buyer.
In the event that the product selected by the buyer is not available at the time of receiving the order, www.adriaticaelettrodomestici.it will take care of notifying the customer of the consequent cancellation of the order itself by sending an informative email.
Purchase and payment methods
When the customer proceeds to purchase one or more products offered and visible on the virtual catalogue of www.adriaticaelattrodomestici.it, an order is sent to the aforementioned site which, once received, is confirmed to the customer by sending an e-mail.
When the buyer proceeds to place an order for the purchase of one or more products offered and visible on the virtual catalogue of the aforementioned site, he accepts all the conditions of sale and payment and confirms that he has fully and exhaustively read all the information provided during the purchase process.
The website www.adriaticaelettrodomestici.it must consider its contract with the customer concluded when it accepts the order.
The buyer, once the purchase order has been defined and confirmed, can choose to pay the amount due using one of the following payment methods:
– credit card (Visa, Master Card, PostePay, Carta Aura) via the PayPal platform;
– cash on delivery with payment of the amount due in the purchase order plus an additional cost;
– advance bank transfer to be made to the IBAN coordinates that will be communicated to the customer when his purchase order is completed.
Guarantees
The buyer is protected by the legal guarantee of conformity illustrated in articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code which allows him to obtain, without charging any expense, the replacement and/or repair of the product purchased by the seller when the latter verifies and confirms its non-conformity to the contract, i.e. defective functioning and/or imperfections.
The warranty lasts 2 years from when the buyer receives the goods and the latter has the right to assert it only and exclusively in the event that he provides communication of the non-conformity of the product to the contract within 2 months from when the defect and/or malfunction is verified. For this purpose, it is always mandatory for the buyer to provide the receipt and/or the receipt relating to the purchased product.
For each purchase order and after payment of the product cost, the buyer is always guaranteed the issuance of a commercial invoice in paper format that is inserted inside the package in which the purchased good will be delivered. An electronic invoice is also issued and sent to the buyer via email immediately after the conclusion of the purchase and payment process for the goods.
Right of withdrawal
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase provided that the product is not used by him after receiving it and is returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
Buyer is protected in his right to proceed with the return of the goods and obtain a refund of the amount paid provided that he proceeds by sending a communication in this regard by registered mail with return receipt to be sent within 10 days from when the purchased product was delivered to him. Alternatively, he has the possibility of sending a fax to the number 085 807 1577 which must be followed within 48 hours by a registered mail with return receipt as confirmation.
The communication sent by the buyer must include all useful information regarding the purchased product and its withdrawal: it will therefore be necessary to indicate the product code of the goods and provide the personal IBAN code to have the amount previously paid credited.
It will be the buyer’s responsibility to proceed strictly within 10 days to return the goods on which he has exercised his right of withdrawal by sending them to the following address: GIPO snc, Viale Europa, 64023, Mosciano Sant’Angelo (TE).
Once the goods have been received back, GIPO snc will verify their absolute integrity and proceed, within 10 days, to make the credit transfer of the amount previously paid by the buyer.
The amount credited to the buyer who has exercised the right of withdrawal is to be considered net of the shipping costs incurred by the buyer himself and the shipping costs incurred by GIPO snc.
