Each product purchased fromour website www.adriaticaelettrodomestici.it is shipped throughout Italy, including the islands (with the exception of the territory of Campione d’Italia and Livigno) and throughout the international territory.

The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight and/or volume of the goods purchased and is communicated to the buyer after being calculated automatically at the time of order definition.

The delivery time varies according to an “express” method carried out by the BRT courier which guarantees the customer to receive what has been purchased after 1-2 working days and a “standard” method carried out by the Italian Post Office Service which guarantees the customer to receive what has been purchased after 3-4 working days.

The delivery of goods on international territory is carried out by the BRT courier with a timing that varies from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the country.

The courier delivers the purchased goods to the home address provided by the customer when defining his order and the latter is obliged to verify that the packages delivered are the same number as those purchased by him, as indicated on the waybill.

The buyer also has the obligation to carefully check that the package has not been tampered with or damaged during transport. In the event that he/she should verify that the delivered package is not in optimal conditions, he/she has the right to not accept it or to accept it with reservation, specifying the reasons for this decision on the delivery receipt.
